By downloading, installing, or using Barnaby (“Software”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
The core Barnaby IDE is open-source software distributed under the MIT Licence. You may use, modify, and distribute it in accordance with that licence. The Barnaby Orchestrator add-on may be subject to separate terms when released.
Barnaby interfaces with third-party AI provider CLIs (e.g., Codex, Claude, Gemini). You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Barnaby complies with the terms of service and acceptable-use policies of each provider whose CLI you use. Incendio Trading Limited is not responsible for any violation of those third-party terms.
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Incendio Trading Limited does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incendio Trading Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
