Barnaby is a desktop application that runs locally on your computer. Incendio Trading Limited (“we”) does not collect, transmit, or store your data on our servers. This policy describes how the Software handles information on your device.

2. Data Stored Locally

Barnaby stores the following on your machine:

• Workspace paths and configuration
• Chat history and panel layout
• Application and workspace settings
• Runtime logs (for diagnostics)

This data remains on your device. We do not access it remotely.

3. AI Provider CLIs

Barnaby communicates with locally installed CLI tools (e.g., Codex, Claude, Gemini). Prompts and responses are sent from your machine to the provider’s services according to the CLI’s behaviour. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they process your data. Please review the policies of OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google when using their respective CLIs.

4. Website

This website (barnaby.build) may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality. We do not sell or share personal information collected via the website.

5. Open Source

The Barnaby source code is publicly available. You can audit how data is handled by inspecting the repository.
